Additional fees are charged for linen and cleaning. Maximum of 12 people (8 adults max.) can stay at any time. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied (beyond 8 people there is a surplus of $60 per person). Free WiFi is available for the convenience of our guests.
Prices do not include
The A$1000 deposit (payable one month prior arrival) refundable 14 days after your departure
Standard Cleaning After Departure $240. Linen Fee is $200.
An extra cleaning fee to the standard cleaning is charged for cleaning the BBQ, (and if the bathrooms and kitchen require extra cleaning) or any cleaning due to an unconventional use of the house and its amenities.
Prices listed based on 8 adults. Property has 9 beds and can sleep a maximum 8 adults and 4 children.

PLEASE NOTE - CODE OF CONDUCT
This property is not a party house - if you are looking for a house to host a party, then unfortunately this is not the right place for you. Local community rules prohibit any parties. The local community have strict requirements in regards to this and - to respect our neighbours - we kindly ask you to keep the noise to a minimum. Heavy fines can apply. Thank you for your understanding.
